cancellation policy
Reservations are only guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card and must include expiration date and 3 digit security code. All cards will be pre-authorized in accordance with our cancellation policy. Reservations held with invalid cards will be cancelled.
Weekday Cancellation policy - must be made within 24hrs of DOA according to this policy for all guaranteed rooms.
Weekends beginning on or before May 15-Dec 01 requires 2 night minimum Friday/Saturday and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior. 96 hrs prior for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Nov 14-18 and Thanksgiving,
Upon failure to comply with this policy, credit card on file will be charged at least a one night stay.
